Incorporation

Register Your Business

Two ways to start: a Sdn Bhd (Private Limited Company) or an Enterprise (sole proprietorship/partnership). Both are fully online, SSM-authorised, and handled end-to-end by us — the right one depends on your situation.

Which One Is Right for You?

Sdn Bhd is a separate legal entity — your personal assets are protected, it looks more credible to banks and clients, and it's the better long-term choice if you plan to grow, hire, or raise investment. It comes with more ongoing compliance (a company secretary, annual returns).

Enterprise (sole prop or partnership) is simpler and cheaper to register, often ready within a day — but you're personally liable for the business's debts, since there's no legal separation between you and the business. It suits freelancers, traders, and small businesses testing an idea before committing to more structure.

Not sure? Start with whichever matches where you are today — you can always incorporate a Sdn Bhd later as you grow.
