A Sdn Bhd (Sendirian Berhad) is a Private Limited Company incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 and registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). It's a separate legal entity from you personally — the company can own assets, enter contracts, and be sued in its own name, distinct from its directors and shareholders.
