Form E Filing

Your annual employer return, prepared and filed with LHDN before the March 31 deadline. We handle the CP8D form too.

What Is It?

Form E is the annual employer return that every company with employees must file with LHDN (Inland Revenue Board). It reports your employees' total remuneration, deductions, and tax withheld for the year. The CP8D form, listing each employee's details, is filed together with it.
